Great location, near Chuo station. The onsen was lovely and one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My main issue was the hardness of the beds. I wasn’t feeling well and was struggling to sleep, and feeling like I was sleeping on a plank of wood wasn’t helping me at all. I was almost in tears with exhaustion and jet lag, so decided to cut my losses and check in somewhere else nearby which had much more comfortable beds. (If you like very firm beds then you might be ok with this!)

Convenient location , short walk from train station, very spacious room, good breakfast, nice onsen.

Room was very musty at first, took a while to clear up.

Nice hotel with public bath close to kagoshima chuo station. Clean and comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Would stay here again.

It's walking distance from the central station and they have natural spa which is really good.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - even though there was a communication barrier. Excellent massage. Nice onzen - unusual to find in a budget hotel.

The hotel decor was rather dark. Unfortunate misunderstanding on checking out.
