Staff very nice. Large selection for breakfast. Free snacks and drinks.

My bathroom floor was flooding I complained twice, but no one came to fix it. No bench space in the bathroom. No drawers to put your clothes.

Room was clean. Free beverages and snacks are a plus. Different local dishes for breakfast were a nice touch.

There was nothing terribly wrong about this hotel. However I found a few things annoying. First of all the room is not soundproofed at all so you constantly hear motorbikes and other guests at night. I found the room a little underwhelming - walls could use a new layer of paint and bed wasn't very comfy. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Location could be better - it's not too far away from the old city, but the walk is not very nice. I wished there were more continental options for breakfast. I think you can find a better hotel for this price. Honestly I wouldn't stay here again.
