One of the best hotels I have stayed at. We arrived at 11am supposedly just to drop our bags but they already allowed us to check in. The room was clean, spacious, and cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Internet is perfect for digital nomads since it was consistently at 300mbps+ during our weeklong stay. The best part is that snacks, water, and soda were free in the lobby. You can just grab whatever you need. Breakfast selection was a bit small but just enough, they usually have bread, sausages, eggs, sticky rice, a couple of Thai dishes, fruits, and salad.

This is a minor thing but the handle for the shower and heater were a bit slippery.

Nice little hotel, has a vibe of it's own. 24 hour tea, coffee, water, Coca-Cola and munchies is a nice concept, giving it home away from home. We stayed for 5 nights, loved it. Staff is very polite and helpful

I was surprised not to see any cupboard but it didn't make a difference. Loved modern design

DUM Hotel is lovely! The room was very clean with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower! The breakfast is amazing, small but everything is delicious, so I was looking forward to it every day. All day drinks and snacks are available for free, a huge plus. The staff was friendly and even taught me some Thai. The location is great, very walkable with lots of shops and coffee shops around. Nice pool that is never super busy. Great Choice for Chiang Mai.

Minor detail: The room is a little barren, could do with a little more decor or something that makes it feel a little warmer.
