DUM Hotel - Si Phum

Rooms were a great size, location is perfect, but the best thing is the free snacks and drinks they have on offer for guests. We’ve stayed in a few hotels in Thailand and this was the only hotel that had a filtered water tap which meant you didn’t need to buy bottles and waste plastic.

Breakfast was very high quality. It was very delicious, and it was prepared in a variety of ways every day.

Good breakfast and the room was clean

It felt a lot like a self service hotel, which I'd have no problems with had I been informed. From where breakfast will be served to any other questions about the room, it really came down to me proactively finding a staff and asking them. Some of this could’ve just been included in the check in information.

The staff is incredibly nice, the rooms are clean and you can have as much water, fruit and other snacks from the fridge in the reception.

Very poor sound insulation in the rooms, you can be easily woken up by a guest taking a night shower in another room. It can also be noisy from the street on the side that faces the intersection.

The rooms are simple and clean, for the price you pay. The free flow snacks bar is attractive though the snacks were not great.

The hotel is not sustainability-friendly. The accessibility to free bottled water means the potential for wastage as people grab and throw multiple bottles throughout the stay. All the snacks are also wrapped in plastic. That aside, the pool though nice was freezing in December. Few of the staff was unfriendly and blasé, though the rest were great.

24 hours lobby for you to grab water, coke, and snacks. The breakfast is tiny but good! The location is not too far to the old town! Definitely recommended!

The rooms are quite clean and the location is good.

Never give your laundry to this hotel. We got it back and all our clothes were damaged. The hotel didn’t care about it and even not responding our messages. The value of all the clothes ain’t that low. Would’ve been nice to do some gesture from the hotel. - The pool is directly located in front of the breakfast/check in area - Pressure of shower to low - bad smell in the room - small rooms

A great location! Easy to walk to everything from there and close to temples! The free snacks were great! The staff were very nice. Rooms were bright and clean. A great price.

No kettle in the room.
