I did not like the massage at all. Do not get massage in Vietnam. I got one in Cat Ba and it was not good.

Good location, rooms were clean and a good size, enjoyed the pool, good breakfast with lots of options

Centrally located and just a short walk to the lake, shops, restaurants and to the ricefields with mountain views. Our room was new, spacious, the bed very comfortable and bathroom meticulously clean. The staff were so helpful and kind. The Chef was super friendly and jolly. The courtyard is totally charming and the painted murals on the building walls are really beautiful. Breakfast was good and exceeded our expectations. The pool was clean and the water temperature was just right. Our room was closest to the neighbouring properties and we loved hearing the rooster in the morning as you really felt that you are in a village (we loved it). We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definately be back again.

The only improvement would be a wish for people with disabilities / mobility issues is to have a long handrail to be able to hold onto when stepping into the pool.

הכל היה מצויין במלון.

בהתחלה קיבלנו חדר בקומה השלישית עם ריח של ביוב. ביקשנו לשדרג את החדר קיבלנו חדר גדול בקומה הראשונה מול הבריכה. חדר נקי גדול ומאובזר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה, בריכה נקייה, מיקום המלון מאד מרכזי, מרחק הליכה לכל מקום. עובדי הקבלה של משמרת בוקר וצהריים היו מאד אדיבים ועזרו לנו לסגור אטרקציות.

את החדר הראשון שקיבלנו בקומה השלישת, לא ראוי ללינה, יש לטפל בבעיית הריח. עובד הקבלה שעבד לילה ביום שהגענו היה מאד אגרסיבי ולא נחמד בניגוד שני העובדים האחרים שהיו במשמרת בוקר וצהריים.
