The hotel is in a fantastic location. I stayed here for my entire vacation. You can easily walk everywhere, and there are restaurants, shops, and massage centers all around.

We had a brilliant time, staff very helpful and the accommodation was clean and comfortable

Nothing it was great

The staff are too notch. Ever so helpful. I am sorry I didn't get the name of the young man at the Bar who offered to help carry our suitcases to bus depot. It's very close if you're just walking but cumbersome if you have lots of luggage. Without expectation of anything, he just offered to help when he heard we'd hire a Grab otherwise. THAT is amazing customer service and he deserves rewards. The location is excellent and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Breakfast is also a really good offering.

The bathroom we were in, although an upgraded room (Thank You), was unbelievably dark. Tye walls are black (who DOES THAT ??!?!) and there was literally just one rather tired paltry overhead light -- and another whatever in shower. They really need to attend to that; that's quite unacceptable.
