Location to the ferry terminal was good

When we arrived there was no one on site to let us in. We need to call a number for someone to provide access to the building & our room. This is very difficult when you are an overseas visitor & don’t have phone access to call. In the bathroom by the toilet seat was not secured properly & the shower door was difficult to open.

Good location. Very friendly, helpful greeting.

Breakfast. I emailed a request for breakfast but apparently should have booked a time. There was no breakfast and nobody to speak to. So we just left.

Nice location, clean, great value and we loved the staff.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic bed! Brilliant food from an award winning chef. Good location for the coast path, less than half a mile away.
