Sutherlands Hotel

Short notice booking but staff went out their way to accommodate me, including opening up the restaurant which had just shut for the evening. Was greatly appreciated

Staff were very friendly. We arrived 2 hours early before check in as we were attending a christening and just wanted to drop bags. They were brilliant at booking us in showing us rooms. Rooms were spotless and showers were brilliant and hot. On coming in later on there was a karaoke on and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel was great, room very spacious but overly hot at night with heating on. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for my needs. Everything you need is there from iron to hairdryer. Breakfast was nice and was able to choose my own time to go down. Ate in the Italian restaurant which was exceptional and very affordable.

The staff were the nicest bunch of people I've met from the ladies who own the hotel going out there way to make things easy, to the young man behind the bar who had excellent banter and the waitress in the restaurant who was nice and chatty. Even the regular customers were friendly and chatty.

The room was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive.

A lack of decaffeinated coffee in the room and at breakfast there was a hunt to find some. The outside of the building needs some tlc.

Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent.

Smoking patio outside window so noisy at night. Room was stuffy.
