Unsere Klimaanlage war defekt und wir konnten ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln.

- easy to find and quiet (from after midnight) - breakfast was very few choices but what we got was quite tasty

- bed sheets were basically a towel. never seen something like this - people were playing tennis and loud music in front of the room until midnight - person at the reception was first not even noticing us and then looked very annoyed and was short with words - no WiFi password was showed or given to us when checking in. We were without internet that day but we didn’t go down anymore because it was just one night. I think it has to be told proactively or where to find it.

Das Personal war für jeden Wunsch offen, um 5 Uhr früh bekam ich einen Kaffee und das vom Security den er mir privat kochte. Diesen Herren und die Reinigungsdame und auch die Kellner möchte ich besonders loben. Eine große Leistung des Kellners uns die Getränke neben dem Wasser zu servieren wenn man bedenkt wieviel Treppen er bei fast 40 Grad gehen muß und das mit einem Lächeln. Das einzige was fehlt damit es perfekt wäre ist "ein Swimmingpool " dies wäre ein großer Anreiz auch länger da Urlaub zu machen.Danke an alle für die schönen 2 Tage.Herzliche Grüße aus Wien

The room was actually quite nice, the staff were super friendly, overall a decent place to stay for the cost.

It’s very very far from anything, the corridors were really loud all night and the tv didn’t work. Also worth noting that there isn’t actually a balcony as advertised verifying many previous reviews to mine stating this.

The hotel is very comfortable, peaceful, and absolutely clean. Since we had a car, staying a bit outside the city was no problem, in fact, it was ideal, as the property offers plenty of parking spaces. The staff are outstanding: kind, attentive, and highly professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.
