Hotel RIO VERDE

Very pleasant stay next to the beautiful river Zeta. Friendly staff, especially manager Tamara that was super helpful with everything we needed!

In the morning I woke up by hearing footsteps in my room and I saw cleaning lady dropping some clothes claiming she was told to leave in my room and it was not true! She came in without knocking while I was sleeping on the bed! I found hairs in bathroom and doors of the room could not close! In total bad experience

Nice, relaxing location and in the same time near the road. Good options for dinner. Staff was so kind and prepared a lunch boxes for us in the night before as we are leaving very early although we didn't ask.

The room and bathroom was very basic and some furniture and equipment would need some maintenance/upgrade.

- The location is great - a nice river and tennis courts around as part of the property - good location for the airport - The room size is generous - The staff expected us and helped us to our room they were all attentive - we liked the art work around

Weird drain smell in the bathroom The towels could be softer (but my husband likes rough towels so…)
