The blankets which was provided to us was not at all clean and washed. It's unwashed. When we complained, they changed it with some other which is also dirty. We complained in the reception and the other room customers also complained the same

"Improvement of the entire hotel is an absolute must"

Hygiene and cleanliness to be improved to a greater extent. The Room Boys are to be more smart and knowledgeable enough. Room Service also to be improved. However, the manager and his assistants are cooperative enough.

The linens of the bed, bathroom, moving area are not to my expectations. Suppose, if I want to invite a guest to my room the facilities in the room are not good. Moreover, meeting the guests at the reception is also not possible as it is a very small.
