"Disappointing"

No Free Soap. One of the staff members in black uniform asked for Money for soap, Shampoo, etc. Even though it was free.

The rooms were not as shown in the picture. It did not seem to be like a standard double bed room . No dustbins placed. No hangers placed to hang clothes. Conjusted for 2 people. Wash basin is adjacent to bed. Bathroom facilities not good. Flush was not working properly.. Not worth for the money paid. Situated in a busy area which is one way and no proper facilities for parking as well
