The location was Awesome. For a Middle class it was the best. Very Good behavior of all staff.

The Room should have one more cupboard to Keep dresses.

There is no wifi connectivity in rooms only working in common areas with almost of zero speed.

On the night when I arrived at the hotel the person at the reception said his name is Ayush and he said that we don't give rooms to single person. But then he agreed to give me a room. I have stayed in many hotels being along and female , nobody denied me room just for being single. Why this man was initially denying that " Hum to single person ko room dete hi nahi" . Similarly many other hotels in haridwar said. One day when I ordered food ,they call me multiple times to first confirm my order and said I will have to come to dining room and then later they said ok we will send to your room ,why such behaviour with me.When all others are allowed to eat in dining room why they said they will send my food in my room. Was it shameful for them that I come in dining room and eat . While I was eating the care taker lady were roaming behind me. Why ?

All things very good

The accommodation was very clean. A big terrace. Very airy and sunny.

1. The front desk manager was very much money minded. But I have understood that this has become a norm in every accommodation in Haridwar. They fix the check out time in such a way that compels us to request them to extend our stay for a few more hours. And they charge extra money. They know the train timings, and they made that check out time deliberately. 2. The rooms were not that big as per the pictures in the website. 3. On the day of arrival while there were plenty of rooms still available, they made us pay some advance money to affirm that our booking is confirmed.
