Great Location, nice old and clean house. Good food. Very friendly house keeping ladies, good service through staff

The hotel management was always very concerned about money, everything had to be paid immediately, small change was not given back without being asked, agreed prices suddenly increased. Coffe and tea maker would be nice to have

Wifi Services only at ground floor. TV was not working due to wifi issue.

Food is just like home made food. Room & washroom are clean & higenic. I would like to stay again in this hotel.

The hotel looks like an old English colonial building that has been well updated. There were a few English chanels on the television. Location was good. Room and building are in nice condition

No wi-fi in the rooms. When I booked they asked me for 1,000 INR deposit which I sent immediately. They then asked for the transaction number which I sent them. Over the next couple of months I got at least five emails asking for the transaction number. On the last one which was only a couple of days before I arrived I sent a stern message back saying I would report them to Booking.com which they then replied we have your deposit. Two days later when I arrived the same person (general manager) asked for the full amount. I said that you are the same person that told me you had the deposit just two days ago and he then shut up. Be careful! I couldn't take to this guy at all. With the exception of the cleaning ladies who were lovely the rest of the staff whilst being reasonably helpful seemed mostly very disinterested.

Rooms are bit stuffy.

Best hotel for your Haridwar stay.

Location is very good. 24 hours moving. Rickshaw, auto, food everything available outside hotel. Only thing is about Parking. It is not provided by them as stated in booking.com, you have to park in nearby paid parking.
