Я осталась довольна своим выбором остановившись в этом отеле. Красивый, чистый, месторасположение удобное, стафф приятные в общении.

В ванной комнате переключатель с душа на кран неисправен, нужно отремонтировать.

Staff were helpful in arranging a car for travel outside of the city and the hotel was clean.

Beds are as hard as a rock. When we called reception to possibly move to another room they said all rooms have the same beds and all guests complain about the same thing. They brought a cot for the two nights that we then squeezed into our junior suite. The restaurant has a large menu but not all is available (though the restaurant appears to be open 24 hours). They had only one dessert selection available at about 6:00pm on a weekday but offered to run to the nearby store to buy chocolate and cookies for us to have with tea...(?). The rooms are not particularly quiet -- on the one morning starting at 5:30am you could easily hear the neighboring rooms and people slamming doors in the hall and talking on their phones. This hotel advertises itself as 5-star but at best I would give it 3.5 stars.
