Townhouse Meridian Regency

AC was working. WiFi was working. Smart TV had YoutTube. Geyser was working.

No free breakfast or even any paid meals. Dirty walls and floor. The springs in the bed were defective. Not comfortable at all. No toothbrush and toothpaste. No free water. No glasses or any cutlery. I could not even switch off the lights and had to sleep with the lights on. No fan. No hangars.

Very bad maintain in cleaning

AC not working properly, bathroom was not proper maintain.

It was ok cleanliness was good.

What they show picture to the app that Emenities are not present ever in my room television was no their and no service from the hotel team they charged full amount but service was zero they don't even give water bottle for free not even glass to drink water, even they charge for disposal paper plates to eat food they can't provide us plates or glass in washroom towels was not available after 4 calls to the reception they still not provided the towels to us.

The place was full of cockroaches, insects. The lift sometimes is not operational. The staff seems quite irresponsible. This place should be strict no for family.
