Hotel Renuka

Very friendly and helpful staff. They come to pick us up for free at the bus stop early in the morning! The hotel was clean, room spacious, bed comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant - outstanding and the food was to our liking. The chef is a very nice man making you want to come back. On top of that we booked a Carmel Safari with Renuka and it was great too. Good price, great experience. We highly recommend this place. 👍

We extended our stay here because we liked it so much. Lovely staff and very good value hotel. Make sure you visit the restaurant on the roof, the restaurant owner is lovely.

Lovely friendly staff who really look after you. Good location, walking distance from the main sights. Lovely service at the rooftop restaurant and the restaurant owner is a true gent. The hotel is basic but great value for money.

Sunny and his family gave us a lot of attention during our stay. The hotel has a lot of character. The camel ride and desert experience was wonderful. The rooftop restaurant served delicious meals. A great location.

A little noisy but this is probably not the norm since there was a wedding on the go.

Hotel Renuka is definitely the best accommodation to book in Jaisalmer to visit the city and do a Camel Safari. This hotel is run by a very kind family. The staff is very helpful! They picked us up from the Bus station for free! The rooms have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at good prices. The camel safari they offer was definitely the best experience we had during our whole trip in India! They even gave us a room for free the morning after the safari so we could rest a bit and take a shower! Thanks a lot for everything !

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Staff very helpful. Restaurant very good . Breakfast good. We did the Safari Camel Tour with the hotel. Not to be missed. Our camel guide/cook Hakam was excellent and his food cooked over fire superb. Would use this hotel again

The location was very convenient, close.to the fort and lots of restaurants and shops just a few steps away. The staff was pleasant and helpful with tips and recommendations. Overall a good value.
