Très bel hotel digne d’un 4 étoiles. Hotel récent et propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The interiors are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are huge in size and have all possible comforts. The staff is really friendly, helpful and attentive (special mention to Raees & Mr. Khan). The location is great, just a 4 minute walk to the fort and main market. The proprietors (Mr. Amardeen & Mr. Sameer) are wonderful people, really friendly, courteous & go out of their way to help you & make your stay amazing. We also stayed at their camp site in the desert and that was also a great experience. Great staff (Babu & Giridhar), amazing food, beautiful luxury tents and beautiful property grounds. All in all, this place is amazing and I highly recommend it for your Jaisalmer stay

The only thing I thought that could be better was that the pool was not kept clean, definitely could be cleaner

This was a very comfortable hotel with fabulous carved sandstone everywhere you felt like you were in a heritage property but everything was new. The pool was lovely. Breakfast and dinner on the roof terrace with views of the fort were great.

The marble surface beside the pool and the steps up to the pool are a bad slip hazard. The bench in the bathroom is so wide it makes it hard to see to put your makeup on a smaller mirror that you can pull closer would be helpful but these are minor criticisms as the overall ambience is great.

Very central location—no need for a taxi or tuk-tuk to visit the fort. Room upgrade was much appreciated. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, and the manager was kind and helpful.

There’s major construction right next to the hotel, causing a lot of noise in the early morning—not ideal for rest. The room was quite dusty (floor, headboard, TV, carpet), which is disappointing given the price. Overall, cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel has great potential to be one of the best in Jaisalmer, but many small details need attention—more charm in the common areas, evening candles, and better decor would help a lot. Lastly, the receptionist was not welcoming, which is unusual for India. This should be addressed.

~The stunning royal ambiance with large, elegant rooms that gave off palatial vibes, making the stay feel truly luxurious. ~The spacious, opulent bathrooms with top-notch amenities and premium bath products added to the comfort and indulgence. ~The warm hospitality of Khan Bhai, the heart of the hotel, whose welcoming nature made the experience extra special. ~The overall grandeur and comfort made it feel like a royal retreat.

~The breakfast spread could be better in terms of variety and quality. ~The staff was slightly understaffed, which caused minor delays in service.

Breakfast was delicious , they also fulfilled outlr special request for breakfast. Khan bhai was amazing in service he did his best to make our stay comfortable.

There could have been hot tub at facility too.
