Massive room, everything super clean, central location

Communication at the reception as, like elsewhere in Kz, English is not widely spoken. (The waiter at the restaurant was very nice and spoke good English, thanks!)

Pretty charming centrally located hotel. Very tidy and cosy. The hotel is walking distance from most of the interesting things in Karaganda and also has a good restaurant. I definitelly recommend.

Nothing I can think of. The breakfast is not buffet but ala carte. However that is quite common in the region.
