The location

1. Outside noise 2. Curtains not fully covering the window 3. Useless Wifi (it's a shame they haven't fixed it during the last 6 years, I'm never ginna stay here again for this one major reason) 4. There was no power coming in the bedside charging point, had to charge my phone at the TV socket by adjusting the extension there. 5. Prices have increased while the service quality has gone down.
