The smell, it smells humedity.. Make sure you know the prices of meals you order, there was a misunderstanding with the restaurant, they sent us a menu and when they charged it was more than it qas written on the menu, they said there was a new menu, ok but show me it in the first place

We had a great stay, they helped us with all our activities and transport! So happy it all worked out and the view is just amazing from the room.

We could not stay and sleep there because the walls of the bedroom were full of mold ! It is the strong smell of mold that made me decide not to stay to protect my health as I already have asthma. We told them and they asked us to pay more than 50% of the price. I would understand to make us pay if we just did not like the look of the room but they make people health at risk and then that ask to pay, I don’t think this is fair. We already lost a lot of time checking in and out + having to fine another hotel last minute + pay the taxi to transfer. Anyway due to high lever of mold, I would not recommend this hotel.

Natural Water stream which has super power to cool down your body FOC.

The bed should have been more comfortable. That is old and will have a back pain due to aged mattress.

Very nice room in chalet, walking distance to Adams peak trial, friendly staff!

A/C could be a nice upgrade

The views were amazing and there was a river and water pool on the property which was great to cool off in. Be warned it is a public right of way so local teenagers were also swimming there. The hostess spoke amazing English and was very friendly.

They supplied a kettle with plug that didn’t match any plug socket in the room. Plus no cup or coffee was supplied. Please be advised to throughly check your bill on check out as we didn’t until later that day and found we had been overcharged by a considerable amount ( double ). It may have been an honest mistake.
