Moksha at Kitulgala - Rainforest Boutique Hotel

Room was clean, new, had all facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and well-trained. We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip and moksha was outstanding for good management as well as good facilities.

Water pressure in shower is a bit weak. Minor point !

Hotellet ligger gemt væk i junglen og byder på luksuriøse rammer i pagt med naturen. Vi havde fire fantastiske overnatninger, hvor personalet gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at forkæle os. Vi giver stedet vores varmeste anbefaling.

Lovely remote location. Beautiful setting and stylish building. Extremely comfy beds and friendly staff. Good food.

Slightly slow service at breakfast but that’s a small gripe.

We stayed 3 nights at Moksha, the property itself was great, the bedrooms were very modern, clean, great a/c and amazing views from the balcony. The hotel organized transport and guided walk to one of the waterfalls nearby and a hike in the rain forest, which we recommend. The staff were very friendly and available to assist without being overwhelming. The breakfast was exceptional, we also had all our meals at the hotel and had a different menu every night.

Everything was exceptional. A true 5 star experience, nothing to complain about. We stayed 3 nights at Moksha. We had most of our meals, as well as we did a tour to a waterfall and a hike in the rain forest from the hotel, which can be recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The dining was exceptional, we had a new food experience every night.

Tucked away in the hillside this contemporary building blends into its surroundings. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff bend over backwards to ensure all your needs are met. The natural rock pool to the side of the pool area is a must !

No vanity kits in the bathroom.
