We felt really stuck with this non-refundable booking, 1. first after multi messages warning us right after booking we couldn't have close rooms without paying more (so we had 2 rooms on litteraly both sides of the hotel), then 2. warning one was very noisy (and it was soo noisy and trembling, right above the highway) 3. Wifi had been out for 2 weeks and they only informed us at check-in, while we had to work and data reception is poor (and had rooms far away with no way to text each other!) They seemed very lethargic about it and pretended it was the whole area while it wasn't! Restaurant with nice view but food very average Rooms quite small Overall feeling of a good looking place on picture but too pricey for the service and care you would expect. Book your stay in Kundasang well in advance

Upon arrival at checkin, was informed our pre booked room was double booked, so they "Upgraded" us to another room, which completely ruined our stay and was everything we didn't want. The view was nice, but the room was absolutely unstayable. Upon complaint to the front desk, we were informed they normally warn guests before booking, but because we were double booked, it was not raised to us. The room floors were sticky, the curtains had mysterious stains, the sound of the road was horrible and made it impossible to get any form of sleep or rest throughout our 2 night stay. It is a major oversight to not sound proof the rooms that are facing the road. For the price range we paid, it is extremely over inflated, breakfast was not included and had extremely basic features. Internet was also down, but it cannot faulted on the hotel. Warning to others: Take the Mountain View rooms if you are deaf or hard of hearing. We recorded an average 60-70 decibles consistently throughout the stay.

Hotel should provide breakfast and room service for food. It was very inconvenient as u have to drive for a comprehensive distance for ur breakfast. Hotel should inform on the website that their kitchen is completely closed

I really liked the location, price, and especially the staff. The resort has an amazing mountain view and feels very peaceful. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile even late at night. For example, I requested extra blankets due to the cold weather and they delivered them quickly. I also mentioned noise from another room and they handled it professionally.

It can get quite cold and there is no heater, although the staff will provide extra blankets if you ask. You can also hear some car noise from the nearby road. The walls are a bit thin, so occasionally you may hear sounds from other rooms, but the staff are helpful if you request assistance.
