Staff were lovely and the premises was lovely. It was for my mother's funeral and wake x

The only thing I would say was that the room and the building was very hot. the heating felt like it was too high. x

We stayed in room 7 and our nights sleep was ruined by a constantly noisy water pump. Very cheap single ply toilet paper that also did not have perforations for tearing.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely .

The room and bathroom needed a good clean

Food was limited but good, severe lack of staff made dining confusing and erratic as far as knowing where and what to do. One person for the service that also dealt with maintenance contractors and check out, and let’s not forget tidying the exterior patio.

Sheets were clean but smelt sour, wash hand basin was dirty. Lugging cases up multiple stairs that had dirty carpets made it a bit none plus. Check in took a good 30 minutes as the only staff member who was able to do this was taking food orders at the bar and was unable to leave the station until every order had been taken.
