The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to accommodate us. The location on the sea front was perfect and only a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The view from the room was gorgeous! It was quiet and very clean, actually spotless. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was great! The decor was cosy. It was really lovely, we will be back!

The mattress I had felt a little worn. It certainly wasn’t bad in comparison to some places but it didn’t quite fit the standard of the rest of the facilities.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite. The place was clean.

The toilet in our room was not secure and would move and was hard to lift to put back. The shower hissed with an air leak and was not that powerful. The TV in the room could have been bigger. The location was a little far out, but doable. Parking at the back of the hotel was sparse, approximately 10 spaces for the entire hotel which isn't close to being enough. We got lucky but we didn't dare move our car and travel around or we'd have lost our space which kept us stuck in that one area.

Beautiful location. Spotless room. Staff were lovely and helpful. Extremely happy with stay.

The car park at the rear of the hotel was not very large and when the coaches were parked, there was very little room. However, street parking was available (which I didn’t realise at first) and free from 4pm to 10am. No complaints at all.
