Lovely clean room . Breakfast was nice entertainment was good

Miss communication with staff in dinning room. Didn't get what we asked for.

Location

We booked two family rooms for our family of six, but when we arrived just after midnight, we were told the rooms we had reserved were not available. Instead, we were given one twin room and one family room and expected to “make do.” The staff were rude and spoke to us as though the situation was somehow our fault. There was only one person at reception, and he seemed to have no idea what was going on. We were told our only options were to accept the rooms or wait in the bar until the morning staff arrived at 8:30am. We were travelling with an 8-year-old child who had already been on a 6-hour journey and was asleep in his dad’s arms. It then took another 1.5 hours to sort things out, only for us to still end up squeezed into the wrong room types despite having paid for two family rooms. A horrible experience from start to finish. Avoid.

It was all good plenty of drawer space and plenty of hangers in cupboard , plus sockets with usb points in them , kettle with a fresh supply of sachet coffee and teabags , breakfast we had a bit of a wait to be served as it was table service , but you could help yourself to juice and water . We had sea view

Shower room door would not lock and soap dispenser on shower wall in wrong place kept knocking it with my arm that was annoying as shower is narrow, but shower itself is fab

Very clean and tidy .Staff great . Helpful. Plenty of seating areas. Breakfast was excellent.

Beds are not the biggest out there. Showers very compact . But work great

The location of the hotel is great, directly on the promenade. It is an old hotel which clearly has been looked after and still very popular

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was excellent though the evening meal menu was reminiscent of school dinners. I was put on the third floor with yet more stairs still to climb though the room was quiet. The shower was excellent and though the hotel displayed "faded grandeur" it wasn't too bad for a coach hotel. Zoltan and Chris , in particular were excellent on reception but stay clear of Maria who has a REALLY bad attitude.

It would have been useful to know about the renovation work and though the breafast was excellent it would have been quicker to have a buffet breakfast. One receptionist, Maria, should be sacked due to her anti-social attitude and I am well-travelled; the rest were very good. At times it was virtually impossible to use the slow lift due to the fact that between three or four coaches would arrive or leave at the same time.

Nice big rooms with a sea view. Breakfast was nice and plentyful. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Car park was quite tight, hotel was quite warm all throughout the day, needed to leave the window a jar slightly. If im honest maybe a little over priced.

Location was brilliant, not to far walk to town abd shops
