"Lovely friendly place and immaculately clean!"

The whole place was immaculately clean. The food was cooked to perfection. So quiet, and easy to relax in.

Parking was a problem.

"Llandudno itself is lovely and so was location of hotel Weather was beutiful"

When We booked the impression was breakfast was included apparently it wasn't - if we wanted breakfast it was at extra cost so a little disappointed. Not hotels fault but ours should have checked before we booked.

"Wonderful helpful host, perfect location."

perfect location near beach area, great for walks along strand with hundred year old hotels (still in good shape). Felt like going back in time to 1910. Many restaurants in walking distance.

The location was great, the shower very good and Linda, one of the proprietors, was extremely welcoming and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. She gave us hints on parking, eating places and where to visit.

The room was on the small side for two people, but there was plenty of storage space. The breakfast could have had more choice.
