Lovely welcome, very clean and comfortable. Delicious and filling breakfast.

Mine hosts, Linda & Gaynor, were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast (cooked by Gaynor I suspect) was done to perfection, the room including the ensuite (although small) was lovely, clean and tastefully decorated, I should also give mention to Lily & Anna who helped serve at breakfast, 2 well mannered and pleasant young girls, the B&B is very central with the pier and shops literally just a couple of minutes walk away.

The only downside is the lack of private parking, we were lucky to find a free parking space but it was approx 4 streets away, luckily we didn't need to use the car for the 2 days/nights we were there, I suspect we would've had to find another space on our return if we had.

Lovely hotel, exceptional staff. Very friendly and eager to help with anything from parking to local attractions and tourist info. Room was clean and bed very comfy. And the breakfast was top notch too.

Location was good,room very clean

Staff they made us feel 2nd class because we booked with booking.com and not direct with them we had to chose between cooked or continental breakfast but if we booked directly with them we could have both. They did not engage with us or very little would not stay again very disappointed.

Comfortable room, friendly atmosphere. Excellent hosts, lovely breakfast.
