"Extremely disappointing stay"

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel in North Wales was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it to warn other travelers. First of all, I found bugs on the duvet, which was absolutely unacceptable and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Secondly, the carpet was dirty and sticky underfoot — a clear sign of poor hygiene and maintenance. The room was located right next to the elevator, and I could constantly hear people coming and going, as well as the sound of the elevator itself. It was very noisy throughout the night. The room was also incredibly small — much smaller than what was shown in the photos on the website. It felt misleading and deceptive. What shocked me the most was the price: £100 per night for such conditions. The stark contrast between the cost and the quality of the room made me seriously question the credibility of listings on Booking.com. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will be much more cautious with future bookings.

"Perfect stay"

Very friendly hosts, and absolutely spotless They couldn’t do enough for you! Breakfast was lovely & plenty of choices , the room was lovely & the location of the property is ideal right by the sea front & all the restaurants & shops round the corner

The whole experience of staying at Milverton House was lovely and welcoming. There was nothing the hostesses wouldn’t do for us. They were so informative of places to visit that would be of an interest to us with particular places to eat and best places to park. Their Quest house was lovely decorated, clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Breakfast was very enjoyable with great conversation. Will hopefully return one day to enjoy places we didn’t get to see. Thank you Gaynor and Linda for making our short stay so very enjoyable 😊 xx

There is nothing we feel could be improved.
