Emerald Inn

Walked in and found cherieos on the tv stand. The toilet wouldn't flush. The sheets feel like cheap shower curtains and it's now 12:30 AM and I have heard nothing but slamming doors continuously since I laid down at 8:30 PM that was after someone decided 8:30 was the perfect time to vacuum the hall and shout a conversation over the noise from that. If you dont plan on sleeping this is the perfect place.

The rate wasn't bad. Towels were white and soft. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean.

The door to the room had to be pushed or pulled to close all the way. The hotel and room were outdated. It took several minutes before tv would be updated and come on. Wire to cable was loose, which affected the TV. There are no iron and ironing boards in the room. You have to call the front desk to get one.

Checking in early

customer serivce was good.

the shower head need a knew one. the pressure of the water is so little when showering. fushing the toilet have to hold the handle until everything flushes.

Quiet. Decent Wi-Fi.

Poor lighting. Non-existent electrical outlet, there was one available in the room and one in the bathroom. Bought a power strip to plug in phones and tablets. Had a desk and nice chair, but no light.
