Emerald Inn

There was no breakfast.

I'm handicapped, so I couldn't use the shower, and the bed was too high. I had to use a short step stool I had in my car. The handicap rooms are both smoking, and only had handrails in the tub.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to St John's Hospital, very easy drive. Perkins restaurant right beside the site. Reasonable price for the area.

It's getting pretty dated, it hasn't changed since I stayed here in the mid 90s. It's showing wear and tear.

No breakfast. Many restaurants around for choices.

It was clean, well located and served our need well.

Have stayed here before and would stay again. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the parking lot always has some sketchy vehicles that look like people live in them, but have never had any issues.

I arrived to check in and was turned away and they would not rent to me. I was told nothing other than to contact the manager at 10 am the next morning. I was treated very poorly when I didn't do a thing wrong. I've tried to contact the manager left message but have not heard back from them.
