Goede locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers in Marokkaanse stijl.

Very friendly staff, they've done everything to satisfay our needs or wishes. Maybe the place doesn't look much, but in my opinion that is what it gives him a character. Even the faucet in the shower with no preasure what so ever, didn't bother me, because it just belongs there, I would feel weird if there was brand new one instead.

Extremely helpful staff, great breakfast every morning.

Where I was it was quite loud with people coming in or out or being in the courtyard. The bathroom did have white mould on the walls however, but I think this was due to how cold and wet that weather was.

L emplacement est parfait, et Said se démène pour pallier à tous les dysfonctionnements du Riad … heureusement qu’il est là ! Très bon petit déjeuner.

La literie déplorable, deux tout petits lits collés qui bougent toute la nuit… globalement le Riad est vétuste et manque d’entretien …. Les serviettes et les draps sont plus que vieillissants … le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout …. Pour le prix demandé on peut trouver largement mieux ! La terrasse sur le toit est à l’abandon, la piscine n’est qu’une fontaine …. Bref il est grand temps d’entreprendre une rénovation pour exiger un tel prix pour la nuit !

Close to the Medina walls which made it easy accessible, friendly staff, good breakfast. Very quiet although central.

The staff made promises they did not keep, as for instance the host said he would connect us to a local guide and transport to our next stay. WiFi was poor. We did not get single beds on the first night as requested, but the host gave us an additional room to make up for it.

The Riad is located between the Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Tinsmiths Square. The courtyard has a water feature and plenty of seats for grabbing a book on those quiet Moroccan evenings. The room itself is two tiered (duplex style) with the bedding on top. Even during winter I did not need more than the provided blanket and seldom had the air con on. The bathroom although a bit narrow served it's purpose well enough. The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff are kind and helpful. The local manager also made the accomodation hospitable during my period of stay. Definitely will stay there again if I visit Marrakech again.
