"A magical stay"

From the moment we arrived Anne and the team made us feel at home. The room was a great size and had small area for us to sit with friends. The breakfast was delicious and a nice change from the standard hotel fare. Anne was very generous with her time and recommendations. If you are looking for service as it used to be then make sure you visit the Pavillion. The design of the Riad is beautiful keeping a traditional feel with a modern design twist. I also enjoyed a Hammam, massage and facial. Save yourself the trouble of trying to find a spa and get your treatments here.

Next time I think we’d prefer to stay in a room on the upper floor further away from the front door and reception - that doesn’t make the room we stayed in bad in any way.

"Amazing Riad in the Kashba"

I had a fabulous stay in the Riad. They have all amenities needed, the whole place is very clean and well maintained and the rooftop terrace amazing.

"Superbe!"

Tout était super, les chambres sont jolies, la literie est excellente et la climatisation permet de choisi la température qui nous convient! Mais le plus c’est vraiment le personnel qui est adorable et aux petits soins : Anne vient vous voir tous les matins pour savoir comment ça va, si on a besoin d’adresses ou de conseils sur nos visites, et Abdou est extrêmement prévenant la nuit, toujours présent même pour vous accompagner en pleine rue et attendre plusieurs dizaines de minutes lorsque vous avez une excursion tôt le matin. Nous n’avons jamais rencontré un personnel aussi gentil, souriant et prévenant lors de nos voyages!

"It will do but don’t expect to be wowed - over prices for what you get"

Abdussamad, who works the evening shift is super lovely. They introduced us to taxi drivers Mastafa and Abdullah who we used for the entire trip and were super lovely and reliable. Rooms are kept well and decent.

We recently stayed at this property and, while the location was convenient, we experienced several disappointments. One morning, we were speaking to a family member who lives in Marrakesh (but was not staying with us) and mentioned we’d see him after breakfast. An employee overheard and told us to just bring him along — which we did. At the end of our stay, we were charged €21 for his breakfast. We wouldn’t have had an issue paying but the cost was never communicated, or were told the cost but this was encouraged by staff, so the charge came as a surprise and felt a bit underhanded. She waited until the very moment when our taxi arrived to present this cost. We What was served — a stale crumpet, a stale bun, a small plate of fruit for all five to share, a juice, and coffee — did not feel like it justified such a high price. When one of our party went to get a bottle of water, she was taken upstairs and saw a stray cat in the kitchen. This made her uncomfortable and she chose not to eat breakfast for the remainder of the stay. The pool area was also very dirty, with lots of bird droppings on the seating, which made it unpleasant to use — disappointing. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was noisy, making it hard to sleep, and we never felt the warm or welcoming atmosphere we had expected. With better communication, improved cleanliness (especially in the kitchen, pool, and seating areas), better food quality, and a more welcoming approach, this property could offer a much better experience.

"Ten opzichte van andere hotels was deze conform standaard"

Tussen het slaapgedeelte en de badkamer zat geen deur. Een ieder die op het toilet zat was volledig zichtbaar vanuit de rest van de kamer.
