Le Pavillon de la Kasbah & SPA Marrakech

Séjour parfait! L’hôtel est magnifique, confortable et tranquille! J’ai bien compris pourquoi les autres commentaires parlaient d’un havre de paix au sein de Marrakech. Il faisait bon y prendre un temps d’arrêt et le déjeuner sur la terrasse chaque matin était plus qu’agréable. Anne et tout le personnel sont d’une gentillesse absolue, nous avons eu un excellent service et de bons conseils. Merci à tous!

Le réseau Wi-fi dans notre chambre était un peu lent

Everything. This property is immaculate, comfortable, and very welcoming. The breakfast is traditional morroccan and very tasty. The location is great, not too close to the markets so much more peaceful. The room is gorgeous and my partner was ecstatic that he was able to watch the Liverpool game on the tv in the room! I took unwell with food poisoning whilst there and the staff couldn't have done more for me. They got me medicine, constantly checked in, and arranged a doctor when needed. They offered to cook me rice, get me water etc. They also let us check out late with no extra charge, which was so kind so that I could stay in bed longer. I would 100% recommend this property as a place to stay on your trip to Marrakech.

Un point positif pour le roftop et la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

La salle de bain est vétuste, peu pratique. Il faudrait ajouter un miroir de plein pied. Il manque des accessoires pour rendre le séjour plus confortable. Un peu décevant

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement situé au centre de Marrakech. Décoration soignée, personnel prévenant et nourriture excellente. La piscine en roof top fut forte agréable pour se rafraîchir avec la chaleur du mois d’août. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa, mais cela ajoute encore un plus au Riad. Nous avons eu l’opportunité d’échange avec Anne qui est très présente et disponible pour les voyageurs.

Loved everything about the property (location, cleanliness, good food, relaxing setting, spa). Anne, Abdusamaud and everyone were so helpful in navigating Marrakech, suggesting restaurants, organizing rides, etc. I can’t say enough about the place.

Petit hôtel particulier très calme et confortable, chambre insonorisée avec température idéale malgré les grosses chaleurs extérieures. On y dort formidablement bien! Merci à Anne pour son accueil et sa grande gentillesse. A bientôt sans hésiter !

Très bon établissement, très agréable et très bien décoré

Le seul petit bémol est l’environnement : le quartier de la Kasbah n’est pas très rassurant le soir et nous ne nous sommes pas sentis très à l’aise en rentrant d’un dîner…

The staff was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and calming welcome. Anne, the manager, took time to get to know us. She was very friendly, not pushy at all. We enjoyed our beautiful rooms with the much appreciated airconditioning. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

It would be great to have the WiFi work a little better. There were different zones and my room didn’t always match up with either of them.
