Very pathetic situation was there only one staff member who handled everything. Reception to room service. Who does check-in serves a welcome drink who prepares the room and who does a bell boy job. Couldn't find any other staff. Even expected, a manager did not have courtesy to show up. Even security does not have courtesy to greet customers. I red Review and booked the room. I realised all booking.com reviews are not true. Still, I appreciate the one men Army. Please make sure you have some payment or Google pay. Cos the card swiping machine may not work. Or keep cash with you to avoid an embarrassing situation at the time of check out. I decided that I never back to this property ever.

A really peaceful place, small, cosy, ideal for stays prior to departure of a flight from the nearby Kannur airport or when arriving at night. Perfect for transit. I also admire the management and will surely return.

It is really a small place. More like a bed&breakfast facility run by one person..The restaurant is tiny. It can only seat around 15 people at a time. There is nothing to do or see in the immediate vicinity.

the design aesthetics, cleanliness, service, staff attitude were excellent. Great value for money. Better than many hotels in big cities I've stayed in all over the world.

Nice rooms

1. No restaurant service despite they advertising that they have a restaurant. In the night restaurant was closed. They promised us that they will be able to provide breakfast but they had NOTHING for breakfast - not even plain bread! And thisbwas not early in the morning, this was at 9am. When we asked for a toast for our 5 year old, they didn't even have bread and had to go to the market to buy bread. 2. Pathetic location. There is nothing close by to eat especially because their restaurant is non existent 3. They have a low end bar within same premises which is frequented by local men 4. Staff is clueless about everything

Very nice clean and spacious property. staffs were very friendly, Hotel manager was very friendly. Airport pickup drive was well arranged, driver well trained, didn’t take calls while driving.

Access to all TV channel would have been good when traveling with family.
