Staff, location, food

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff is so welcoming and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you land there. Mr Venu and his team know what customer service is all about. We were floored by their excellent service. The hotel is spic and span and our stay here was definitely memorable and hassel free. The complimentary breakfast served was delicious and you can tell them your preference and it will be accomodated. Arun and Arjun will make sure things are in order before you get there and they are more than willing to go that extra mile for their customers. I'm sure there are many more who worked behind the scenes to make our stay comfortable. Thank you Mr Venu. This is 5 star service.

There is nothing that I can put my finger on.

Calm place, friendly, cooperative staff. Courteous management.

Some junior staff need additional training. Some of the hotel inmates (outsiders) have no idea of how to behave in a hotel which is dedicated to serenity. A leaflet in hindi advising quiet and peaceful manners in the hotel premises may be useful.

The staff were outstandingly attentive and engaging. They even escorted us to the bar up the road in the evening, and then when my bike had a puncture assisted us in the repair. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and decorated, great attention to detail in all areas. Our room had everything we could need and was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast both of which were of a very good standard. The situation away from town was lovely with plenty of greenery and a quiet calmness to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for its staff, facilities and great value for money. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

An amazing hotel with the best service we have ever experienced. The staff will do anything they can to help you, they are very friendly. They make sure everything is as you wish and love to make you feel at home.
