El Sano Banano Beachside Hotel

Food was excellent. Great customer service. Convenient location with easy beach access. Checking in and out was easy.

The service at the restaurant was slow sometimes.

The breakfast (although not included in our rate) was delicious! The menu included variety of options, the service was great!

Do not tell the guests of the hotel that Ylang-Ylang (the sister hotel) is 10 min walk :) Most of the walk is on the beach and part through a forest. There is no lights at night. So, for people who do not know the area, it is not a good idea. During the day, you can drive to the property and then walk on the beach. Ylang-Ylang has a beautiful pool and excellent restaurant!

Location was great, rooms were clean. Staff were friendly.

Room didn't have windows and there was a bit of noise from the street/nearby bars. Nothing major and it didn't go on too late though but definitely a consideration. Not enough to keep you awake for long.

The food at the lovely restaurant in the garden is great. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

Windows would have been good.
