The scenery was nice

The A/C kept cutting off, the sheets were dirty, the toliet kept overflowing, please don't drink the glass of water if they offer it.. In addition, do not rent scooters with their contact, they work together on scamming tourists. If they scam you, simply report it to the police station next to the Ferry Port. Stay Away!

The location was very spacious.

There were huge roaches in both rooms that we were given

Staff was very friendly, pool was an amazing, bed was very comfortable, close to the town Myogalpa 10 min by car

The staff were very kind, helpful and hard working. The whole place is extremely clean due to the hard work of housekeeping, groundskeeping and pool maintenance. We ate all of our dinners here and it was tasty and well prepared. They helped us to arrange a motorcycle rental and transport to the ferry the last day. The views are stunning from the room looking across the well manicured grounds to the volcano. We will be back!

A bench, luggage rack or some hooks would be nice in the room to keep bags, towels and clothes off the floor. Even though the floor is very clean.

In the morning at 7 o’clock the water pumps are activated. They run all day and cloud the stay.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Victoria, and I would definitely go back. The views were breathtaking, and the staff was welcoming. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night :) I would highly recommend it!

Todo muy bonito, rodeado de áreas verdes , las vistas al volcán muy lindas, el hotel era un paraíso. Pero calidad precio no estaba correspondido, luego nos dimos cuenta que hay otros lugares en las isla donde te ofrecen aire acondicionado y mejor desayuno.

Lo primero que los dueños viven ahí y están pendientes de cada paso que das, no sientes privacidad en ese sentido. El desayuno repetitivo , siendo un país como Nicaragua donde abunda la flora con tanta fruta natural en el país no puede ser no te ofrezcan zumos naturales en el desayuno, el desayuno era siempre gallopinto pan y huevo, cualquier cosa adicional es un extra. Son un poco fijados con el cliente. Solo nuestro último día nos ofrecieron un plato pequeño de fruta. Cuidado que el tipo de cambio dolar-Córdoba que te aplican es el que ellos quieren, debes fijarte el tipo de cambio oficial porque hay una ley en el país que se debe respetar. No tienen tarifa de mascota establecida , te aplican la que ellos quieran , deberían especificarlo en el apartado de información adicional la tarifa por mascota y también enviarte un mensaje al reservar que se les informe en caso de llevar mascotas.

Freundliches Personal. Warmes Wasser. Sehr zentrale Lage. Schönes Hotel. Großes Zimmer. Leistungsfähige Klimaanlage- dauert einen kleinen Moment.

Ich hatte etwas Pech mit meinem Bett. Dort fehlte in der ersten Nacht ein Bettpfosten am Kopfende. Das machte das Schlafen etwas ungemütlich. Das Personal ergänzte am nächsten Tag den Bettpfosten und das Bett war wieder stabil. Der Kühlschrank machte recht störene Geräusche. Poolfliesen am Rand waren nicht wirklich sauber. Der Badezimmerspiegel ist nicht vor dem Waschbecken.
