Hotel Boutique Victoria

Everything was like staying at a new resort. Hotel, but separate cabins at the edge of a beautiful garden. The pool was big and clean. Nice restaurant for drinks and limited menu. Comfortable beds/ pillows. Great a/c. So clean everywhere. Very Quiet. Nice to wake up hearing the different birds and a few Howler monkies, then look out the window at the volcanoes! Great for families and couples!

A little far away from everything if you don't have a vehicle, but I did take buses and taxis. Pool area needs some umbrellas/ shade. I would have stayed around pool longer if there was shade! The 2 items I had in the restaurant where not very good.Ceasar salad was a shredded green salad.Nachos had weird liquid cheese and that's it. BUT, the breakfast was delicious!

They were very helpful with travel arrangements and assistance. The farm manager answered all my tobacco and plantain growing questions. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional

The grounds are very wide open but as the plants fill out I am sure there will be more privacy and shade

Peaceful surroundings, clean comfortable rooms in large garden area with views of the volcano , 10mins by car from the port, or 40mins walk, easy walking to Punta Jesus Maria 5mins on main road then 10mins down the track walking,

Beautiful pool and garden! Located near town and a short walk to beach. All staff were fantastic!

Need some storage shelves or cabinets in rooms.

Absolutely the best place I visited the entire year of 2024. The staff was just absolutely perfect. A day before arriving. I had a motorcycle accident. Very painful. Fractured foot and wounds on arm and leg. The hotell staff helped me so very much to heal. Way beyond my expectations. So much kindness.

The location was very good. The hotel has fantastic views and is away from the hustle and bustle of local towns. The bungalows are a good size and very comfortable. The layout of the complex is great. The staff were very helpful despite a language barrier. Good breakfast and food menu. Nice clean swimming pool. Glad I stayed here!

Suggestions - shampoo, warmer water with the shower. Cups in the rooms.

Beautiful gardens and swimming pool, staff were very friendly. Amazing view of Conception volcano in the background.

The internet didn’t work very well from inside my room, however I was the farthest unit so most other units won’t likely have an issue.

What I did not like, like not hot shower, distance from Moyogalpa was overcome by the warmth of the staff and beauty of the landscaping.
