Simple and very good

Room was extremely comfy and clean. Brewkfast was amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and cordial. I will definitely come back.

Very well kept grounds with attentive staff. The only improvement suggestions would be for wifi strength and having hot water ( but not sure that is available at many places on the island). The staff is amazing, and the grounds are peaceful and wonderful. It is a little gem for sure.

Hotel Victoria is lovely. The room had everything we needed for our stay. It was super clean and serviced everyday. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly. We loved the pool and the gardens of the property, plus the view of Concepción was stunning. The hotel is located around 45mins walk / 8 min drive from Moyogalpa. It is also around a 20min walk to Punta Jesus Maria where there are a couple of small places to get food and drinks (and watch the sunset!) The main attractions of the island can then be reached by car.

It would have been great to have some shampoo in the shower and also for the pool towels to have been provided on check in (these were given once we'd taken our normal towels to the pool).

The location was great, we were able to access the place super ease, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they were expecting us since early in the morning

The staff were friendly. The room was a cabin on the edge of a banana plantation withxa view of the local volcano. Green well kept grounds and a huge swimming pool.

A few dogs barking at all hours in the neighbouring farm. The menu could have been a bit more extensive.
