Pool was empty and close

The view is spectacular! The room was very clean. The air conditioning works really well. We appreciated the little terrasse in front of our room.

Dogs barks very often. There is no hot water. And the shower head was barely functioning. Don’t count on having dinner onsite, they serve only pasta. The breakfast is simple but good. They also have no drinks besides coca-cola. No fridge in the room. The hotel feels overpriced.

Pool and AC. Ladies were very nice and accommodating.

Bed was hard, and only given a sheet. No hammocks, no pool lounge chairs.

Karliza was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged our ferry transportation to and from the island. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with a great view of the volcano from your front porch. The swimming pool was very clean and even included a diving platform. Our kids loved it! The hotel offers a good breakfast and effective air conditioning (if a bit noisy). The bathroom appeared brand new and would be perfect if it had hot water. Our room had a nice flat TV, but few free channels. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful with a beautiful view of the volcano and the property’s gardens. It’s gated and there aren’t too many rooms so it’s quiet. The restaurant is nice as well.

Nice little hotel with beautiful grounds. Friendly staff, not too far from the port but you will need some sort of transportation. Good pool, clean and comfy rooms

The place is gorgeous with an incredible pool. It's a little isolated which makes it quiet and a wonderful getaway.

I would recommend renting a scooter if you are going to stay here so you have access to the rest of the island. The staff is very friendly but it is a little confusing sometimes on what is available, for example, what you can have for breakfast or that they have pool towels you can use.

Room is clean with air conditioning. The view of the volcano is fabulous. Breakfast is delicious. I love the swimming pool!
