Hotel Boutique Victoria

We book a room in advance but when we arrive they say they already have give our room to another family. Maybe because they were more and they charge more per person… anyways we have to pay more to get 2 rooms to get the same space .

Very beautiful place with a wonderful garden. Nice view from the room. Friendly staff. Felt safe as there is a security guard during the night.

For a 4 star hotel (as it’s written on Booking website), they must have more variety for the breakfast. Also there was no shampoo and hair conditioner. That’s why it’s not 10/10 from us. Other than that, a very nice place. Would definitely come back again.

It’s an amazing hotel! The hosts especially Judith and the lady who help me at that time, super kind and warm. The views also breathtaking, you can see the volcano from the garden. Except the wonderful environment they offered, they also helped me to find my lost camera!!! Cannot believe the camera back to me, this miracle cannot happen without them! Anyways, nice place great people!! You must have to try!

Beautiful views, air conditioning was nice

Staff was very unpleasant and ignored us while we were at the restaurant. Did not offer any assistance with scooter rental when we asked about it. Very cold personnel

Beautiful garden, close to the ferry port, room was clean, I also like the hammock.

Staff doesn’t speak any English. Continental breakfast was very basic.

It's paradise here, the views of Conception are incredible and the hotel grounds are so beautiful. Swimming pool and breakfast are also great and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
