"Personnel agréable mais les espace communs sont sales et la climatisation n'était pas opérationnelle"

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. La chambre était propre mais le sol taché de peinture. Les couloirs étaient sales.

"Worst stay ever"

cockroaches and stinky rooms with moisture smell. They will tell breakfast time 7:30am but its actually available by 8:30am, so plan accordingly. Hot water is also available only on call, first you have to call reception, then wait for 10-15 minutes, then waste 2-3 precious buckets of water, then maybe you will get hot water.

The staff were very rude and did not allow visitors. My sister had an emergency and urgently needed to use the toilet, but they did not allow us to enter the room and did not handle the situation in a proper or respectful manner.
