Das Design ist besonders und ihnen passt alles perfekt dazu. Sehr nettes Personal. Toller Wellnessbereich. Die Liegeflächen in den Suiten mit Blick übers Tal sind einmalig. Tolles Essen

Falls man jeden Tag losziehen will braucht man etwas Zeit (15. min) um vom Hotel unten im Tal zu sein. Sollte man ohnehin geplant haben einen Wellnessurlaub zu machen und überwiegend im Hotel zu bleiben spielt das keine Rolle. Meiner Meinung nach könnte die Minibar im üppigen Preis drin sein :-)

Very classy hotel and is kind of out of my original expectations . It’s like a high end hotel in the middle of no where . The hotels offer special sauna experience . However the overall is quite pricy as one can tell.

Originelles Hotel an schöner Lage - Wald in der Umgebung - Wellnessanlage - Aussicht sehr schön - Personal freundlich und bemüht

Abendessen ungeniessbar (Gulaschfleisch musste ich wieder ausspucken) > kein Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel (keine Gutschrift auf Konsumation) - nur Entschuldigung der Bedienung - Schwimmpool eher billige Variante (foliert) - kein gutes Schwimmfeeling - Waldharmonie kommt in diesem Hotel kaum auf - zu wenig auf Natur fokussiert - im Finish zu billig gebaut (wahrscheinlich waren die Stützen (Baumimitationen) zu teuer, welche man leider während dem Hotelaufenthalt gar nicht wahr nimmt. Zimmer heizen sich extrem auf (bereits anfangs Juni), aber keine Klimaanlage.

Amazing rooms that were private, had great views with outdoor balcony and everything was very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities including hikes right from the hotel. Food and drinks were also great.

Dinner was set up to be a 4-7 course meal and sometimes we just wanted a light, a la carte dinner. Wish there were more options for selecting dinner choices.

for a hotel of this class, the bed linen was not changed every day, and the snacks were not replenished. these are, of course, trifles

The room was very comfortable, and the views were beautiful. On clear days with fewer clouds, you can even see the snow-capped mountains. The food was excellent, and the swimming pool was fantastic.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The spa and facilities were great. Activities were well planned and executed. We truly enjoyed our experience.

Breakfast could have used more variety throughout our 4 night stay.
