Hotel PINTE

Mooie locatie midden in Grindelwald maar niet te druk. De kamer was precies zoals op de foto's. Helaas geen uitzicht op de bergen.

Het ontbijt is duur. Veel goedkoper om naar Grindelwald Bakery te gaan. Parkeren was behoorlijk duur.

Nice little upgrade. Great room, great hotel and location. Staff are amazing

Il personale è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. Hotel tipico, ambiente con luci soffuse e ottimo servizio. Camera molto confortevole e spaziosa.

Parcheggio un po’ costoso (28.- chf 1 giorno), visto il prezzo della camera poteva essere gratuito

We were upgraded to the sister hotel, everything was exceptional. From the valet service, complementary drinks on arrival, beautiful rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you again

住在小木屋的閣樓，兩扇窗戶面對著艾格峰，真是太美了，交通也很便利，公車站一站就到格林德瓦車站。很便利

沒有電梯有點不方便，其他地方都還好

The room we ended up with was very nice. And the view leaving hotel everyday was a highlight.

We didn’t stay at the Pinte. We stayed at the Bergwelt resort. We were “upgraded” to the Bergwelt which sounds nice on paper but the room we received had to have been the worse room in the resort just by location, condition, and vibe. We did end up getting a nicer room after complaining but that made me feel bad. It was very confusing and seemed a bit deceptive to be “upgraded” to something not advertised at all. The room looked nothing like the rooms shown and the we weren’t staying at the Pinte. When I asked booking about this in their policies they sent it to the hotel instead who responded with, “most other guests are grateful for this we can have you moved back to the Pinte if you like” I wasn’t trying to report them. I just wanted clarification. I know from a hotel and marketing perspective why they’re advertising their cheaper (not 800 a night) rooms this way but it was deceptive and if you question it you look ungrateful.. The Pinte is on street level. The Bergwelt is a hike. They have some sort of shuttle service that I’m sure they’ll accommodate with if you are unable to do the incline.
