It was lovely hotel just be aware that some owners don't pick up after their dogs, and we called reception and they nearly didn't believe us that there was a dog poo in the corridor right in front of our room.

很幸运被升房，非常感谢。这一切都很完美，位置方便，周围环境超好，酒店坐落于景观之中。装修整体是自然风，很特别有设计感，很喜欢。酒店配套设置也很完善，一应俱全。

"什么时候把押金退回来呢"

没有房间，做了免费升房，房间冰箱里的零食和饮料是免费的。提供了一次性拖鞋。

不知道是不是做了房型升级，在已经支付了房费的情况下，又收了一千多人民币的押金，说是后续会退回的，但是需要的时间比较久，起码现在过去十天了还没收到退款，令人担心是否有多收费的可能。

"Highly recommend the Bergwelt."

We got upgraded to Bergwelt main hotel. Great spot and service. Shuttle driver Joseph was top notch. Unfortunately did not get to use the spa!
