Hotel PINTE

The receptionist Nastasia (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) was so so attentive! Our flight delayed so once we’ve reached interlaken there’s no more public transport to reach Grindelwald. She booked us a taxi and kept following up until 1am. Very grateful for this attentiveness! And the stay was great although during the heatwave it was bit too warm :)

We got an upgrade to bergwelt so my entire review is for bergwelt grindelwald alpine design resort.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom a generous size.

One small issue there were some smelly garbage bags when we entered the building in the evening that I think had been stacked there by the attached restaurant.

Everything from the location to the hotel, room and definitely the staff!!

Having to walk up a mountain to the parent hotel located behind the Pinte. I would suggest having a check out kiosk possibly in the coffee area on the second level or even the first level entrance to check out.

The staff here were so friendly and provided heaps of recommendations around Grindelwald. They were proactive in the communication and really made us feel welcome - big shoutout to them. The alpine design resort (where check-in is) was amazing and the facilities looked incredible. Hotel pinte is separate but was still very pleasant and in an incredible location right on the Main Street. All the bathrooms, linen and bedding were very clean and fresh. A really great stay overall if staying in Grindelwald

The location was perfect: on the main road, in the centre of the main street, directly across from a sports bar. Beautiful views of the mountains from our window. Fresh towels every day, not optional. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Free shuttle from and to the train station (on arrival and departure.).

No kettle in the room (my daughter needs her tea English style) No fridge in the room. When the outside temperature is over 33°, it's nice to have a cold drink to come back to. We only had one key, which meant we had to stay close to each other, so no alone time (we were told the previous guest had lost a key).

check in的位置不是住宿地，要再往上，但依照民宿給的指示好找，沒像其他評語說的那樣不太好找，但就是要上坡。 房間沒有廚房，空間不大，但乾淨，配有衛浴，乾淨。

لا يوجد ما يستحق الذكر، فقط عدم وجود هاتف في الغرفة وأن مكتب الاستقبال يقع في مبنى آخر، لكن الفريق كان متعاوناً جداً.

إضافة هاتف في الغرفة ووجود مكتب استقبال داخل نفس المبنى.
