All the details are very well thought out, it feels like your walking into history

I think there should be a ambience music, very low and chill on the pool and in the bar while there’s no one playing

Posizione unica, ristrutturazione molto particolare

Abbiamo avuto un’ermergenza ed abbiamo chiesto di poterci confrontare con la general manager. Ma non si è volutamente palesata, nonostante più richieste di incontro. Direi poco professionale anche perché non avevamo pretese economiche. Solo il piacere di poterci confrontare. Oltre a questo abbiamo fatto richieste semplicissime di prenotazione alla spa, richieste se avessero trovato un oggetto dimenticato in stanza al check out… cose normali. Nessuno MAI in 2 giorni ci ha richiamato in stanza o sul cellulare per farci avere notizie. Ovviamente l’oggetto smarrito si è volatilizzato. Ho molta esperienza di hotel di questa fascia e mai ho potuto riscontrare un servizio così poco rispondente e poco cordiale. Probabilmente lo staff è tutto mal coordinato e mal consigliato dalla stessa general manager. Prima esperienza in un hotel di fascia alta (non altissima ci mancherebbe) in cui la percezione di location unica viene meno in pochi minuti. Un record!

We loved our suite. Spacious, quiet and private. The bed was heavenly. The soaking tub was lovely and was made even better with beautiful bath salts and candle! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone went out of their way to provide over-the-top service. We ate at the Sea Club twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast was very nice as well.

The property location is remote. We had a car but it was still a drive to get out of the hotel for the night.
