Great location to visit the waterfalls. We even saw them from our balcony

Don't arrive too late at breakfast since food may run out

The hotel was nice and clean. But all in all it’s a bit loveless built. The hotel stuff does not speak any English and they are not really interested in helping you. We had no electricity for one day and they did neither help nor communicate the problem and no one could tell us how long it would last. Also they don’t help you with transportation. There is no way to get a scooter or a taxi from or near the hotel. But it’s not really necessary to stay this close to the waterfalls as there ist not much water before 10:30 am.

The property is situated very near to the waterfalls & also the caves. Spread over a good area, lots of rooms, good wifi & amenities.

The food menu is very limited for vegetarians, maybe a few more local options can be added for dinner & lunch.

Staff friendly. Rooms are large and clean. Shower was excellent.

The toilet was broken. We told them at 6pm. It remained broken until we left the next day. Main door difficult to close. Bathroom door is warped and difficult to close. There's an unusually long walk (uphill) from reception to the rooms. It would be terrible in heavy rain. (They do supply an umbrella in your room).

Great location. Closest place you. Can stay near the waterfall. 2nd time staying here. The rooms at the very top have a great view. Great restaurant. If you're lucky China may put on a light show over the waterfall.
