"Superb"

The hotel is very close to Ban Gioc Waterfall, within walking distance. Located on the mountainside, it offers a great connection with nature. There is a restaurant on-site serving dinner, so guests can conveniently have their evening meal at the hotel. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery

The breakfast is a bit simple. Be prepared for plenty of walking and steps between the reception, restaurant, and rooms, but there are ramps available as well

"Perfect stay if you are visiting Ban Gioc waterfalls"

The hotel is just next to the ban gioc waterfalls. The bus from Cao Bang stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is situated on a hill and the surrounding is so pretty. Room is perfect and comfortable. Staffs are super helpful, helping us arrange taxis to go to various locations.

"Convienent location for Ban Gioc falls"

Location location Unlike other reviews our room (429) was very fresh and clean ….no trace of mould We had with waterfall glimpses .. There seemed to be a few room Reno’s and painting happening Breakfast buffet and staff were good. Walkable to falls entrance. Visit pagoda for better falls view from above.

Nothing to really dislike. Plenty of walking and steps ( there were ramps too) from reception and restaurant to rooms

"Close Walk To The Waterfall"

Very close to the waterfall just 1-2 minute walking distance. The room is clean. Staffs are nice, friendly. Receptionists are knowledgeable about other sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was buffet and typical.

Maybe upgrade breakfast or dinner menu a bit will be helpful.
